Hi and thank you for stopping in and visiting my site.
I get quite the variety of visitors here and many of them are searching for a home based online business. The same as I was a few years ago and in some respects still am today. My site is dedicated to providing valuable information to the home business seeker as well as providing opportunities that have, over time, proven to be capable of providing a substantial online opportunity.
So please take a look around and see what we offer and remember to bookmark this site because it will be constantly changing.
The Revue section in the upper left is new and as of today has less than half the opportunities and marketing programs listed that we use. I'm a little slow at typing and even worse at creating a new web page so it is a little time consuming adding the programs that will appear in the next few days. (click the blue read more button for the rest of my story)
Be assured, I will only list the programs I use and have proven to be a valuable asset for any online marketer. I have spent my fair share of time and money on useless programs so I only promote what I know will do it's job.
A little about me and my marketing history, we can hope it doesn't turn out to be a lot about my history, there is so much. :) . I can tell you for a fact I know who's fault it is I have always had a need to work from home, my late Grand Father. He had a second hand store in the middle of Phoenix, Az when I was very young and it was my favorite place to hang out after school and on the weekends. I dealt with his customers, helped carry stuff to the cars and played wuth Duke his watchdog. I was determined from then on owning my own business was the only way I could live.
So much so I had my own small second hand store in Miami, Az for a number of years. The name was C&S Economy shop Most my stuff came from yard sales and auctions. When the copper mines began to die out in the area I had to close the business.
That really wasn't my first enterprise. Marbles in grade school was the first and as High School rolled around I started selling at Flea Markets on the weekends. I made good money because my next door neighbor was a garbage collector and he brought all the good stuff home that he got from Dept. Store and shopping malls. Back then all returned merchandise was tossed in the dumpster. Today we can still sell the same kinds of stuff but we have to buy it.
From there I went to owning the store to becoming an eBay seller with over 2500 positives and no negative or neutral remarks. Of course eBay and shipping became to exspensive so I stopped that and went back to Flea Markets and Yardsales where I not only sold my personal stuff I als did a lot of consignment selling.
As time went on I became an "Over The Road Truck Driver". Something about the call of the road, freedom, lots of chrome and some other nonsense that doesn't exist in the job. As a fact it's just a job. One that doesn't give you much free time. So back to the home business I went. This time with a lot of free time I reverted back to my hippy days and started a Candle making Business. I made candles and Bongs in High School, You do know what a Bong is, right? If you don't I'll tell you, it's a Lamp (yea that's it, a Lamp).
Well I started making candles once again. All made from scratch they were some of the most aeromatic greatest looking candles to ever be created (if I do say so myself). That worked out very well but it was lacking the number one ingrediant any business must have. There was no real money in it. Unless I was going to compete with Yankee candles and some others there wasn't much point in continuing except as a slightly profitable hobby.
So about 8 years ago I started searching the net hard and heavy for the best online business I could find. Eireka, I had found it. It was in Affiliate marketing with a Niche. I started an online Outdoor Sports web site. I put everything on the pages I could find, fishing reports, campground locations, and sporting goods up the wazoo (I don't know what a wazoo is).
I affiliated myself with some of the largest sporting goods companies on the Net like Cabellas, Bass Pro Shops and others. I also became an Affiliate with many small suppliers. One guy I remember well made Hammocks. Unfortunately he went out of business as did many small shops as the Giant retail outfits took over.
I had planned on becoming wealthy at that point, having hit the Jackpot. I was able to build the business to about 2K a month in profits but that soon dwindled. Since the large company web sites had so much more to offer in every aspect I couldn't compete with the very people I was working with. It wasn't fair, really, it wasn't, I mean it, kind of :).
That's when I found out what Affiliate marketing is all about. It's not about competeing with your suppliers, it's about being the only sales channel your supplier has. For the last few years I have been working with companies who's products I can sell without them being my biggest compettitor. Affiliate Marketing is by no means a gravy way to make large amounts of money. It can be the biggest cash cow on the planet if it isn't done right.
I've spent a small fortune building businesses that didn't have the potential to make a substantial amount of money and I've hopped from one opportunity to the next looking for that "pot of Gold" that was never at the end of the Rainbow. That's not as Bleek as it may sound. I have gained the knowledge through experience that will carry me through the rest of my life.
Affiliate Marketing more than almost any other business relies on team building and team work. You can't have either without having the knowledge to know how to do it right. I does have to make money for everyone, not just those at the top as is the business plan of most corporations.
There are far to many Affiliate programs flaoting around the Internet today that give nothing back to their Affiliates. They simply take your money, sign you up and tell you to go get rich. My Inbox is swamped daily qwith brand new programs all claiming to be the latest greates thing that will make you a fortune. Sadly a lot of it is just hype designed to get as much money from you can in one shot. The program designers know you probably won't be around next month so they get what they can right now. Unless you have some first hand experience buying these programs you probably would know the difference between them and a real opportunity.
That is my mission with this web site and in the programs I promote, to offer legitimate opportunities and the information on how to build them correctl working together as a team. I've had success doing that with WorldVentures, a Network Marketing MLM opportunity, and with the Affiliate programs I offer. It is because I believe anyone, especially new people to the business, have to be equipped with the right tools and information to do their jobs so they to can be successful.
As a team, each person supporting each other, my business will continue to grow and the businesses of those I team with and sponsor will also grow. It is how I make my living and how I wish for all my co-affliates to make their living. There is no other way to make it happen.
Well, that is a little about me and what I've done and am doing now. Probably a little to long and drawn out but I don't know of any other way to write my story. I could probably get some one else to do it and have PLR rights a subject of another article but i would sooner tell it myself. If you have stuck it out to the end I hope you gained a small amount of knowledge from it and enjoyed the reading. If you are looking for your own home based business the Plug-In-Profit Sites program located in my revues section is by far the number one program today
To all you happy (maybe unhappy) readers thank you for taking the time to visit my Blog. I hope to hear from you some time.
